  4. Adjustable due dates

    We would like to request the ability to configure the due date for each training module within the platform. The current fixed due date does not accommodate all customer use cases. Some organizations operate on a bi-monthly training schedule and require extended deadlines to allow staff sufficient time to complete their training. Additionally, there are scenarios where an urgent manual campaign needs to be addressed quickly, requiring a shorter completion window. A configurable due date setting would provide greater flexibility for administrators to tailor training deadlines to their specific needs. Ideally, this could be implemented as an option when scheduling a module.

    I saw someone else suggested this, and I would like to also raise being able to set your own due date for trainings. For our mining client where users are on different work schedules, having users come back to work after 2 weeks and seeing a spam of overdue reminders is creating issues and complaints.

  13. Place users on leave

    currently if somone is on leave; there is no way to mark this on the portal. Their shown as their training being missed/overdue. This can mess with auditing, since we have to currently mark this as leave outside of the platform. It would be extremely useful being able to mark someone as being away on leave. and for the training they miss during this time be re-assigned once their back. If this could also be done both via portal or via api- it would make automating this easy.
