Partners can now send a fully branded Welcome Pack to all admins of a subclient.
You can send a Welcome pack from your Partner Portal -> Click the three dots next to a Lite or Pro client -> Send Welcome Pack:
The Welcome Pack contains details on how to utilise and add learners to their platform:
Each Welcome Pack will also contain support information such as a link to our unbranded knowledge base and the partner's contact information.
