Role-based Training Schedules Now Available

What's new

Learners can now attach static training schedules to their full roles (e.g., Default, Finance, Sales) for a more targeted onboarding experience.

When role-based training is enabled:

• Learners without an assigned role see a step to choose one during login.

• Their chosen role re-enrols them into that role's schedule using the same push-training logic we've used for years.

• The Default schedule continues to work as the fallback for unassigned learners.

Maintain a single schedule per learner; no per-person setup needed outside of choosing a role.
Simplify and scale enrollment by keeping existing automation flows intact.

Set up one schedule per role in training configuration, then enable role-based assignments from the learner settings.
When learners log in for the first time with roles enabled, they’ll see a role selector next to their profile. Choose a role to auto-enroll onto the corresponding schedule.
