Monthly Dark Web Monitoring

Partners can now take full advantage of enrolling learners in Dark Web Monitoring. At present new learners added to the platform will automatically have their email scanned for data breaches. In this feature update, those learners will now be monitored monthly on top of the initial scan to see if their information has been made publicly available in any new known data breaches.

If the scan detects learners in a data breach both the learner and the client admins will receive a notification to advise who's data was leaked and in what breach.

Partners can enable Dark Web monitoring for clients by setting the Hacked Credential email template active toggle to "Yes" for the client:

Once enabled any learner added to the client will be automatically enrolled into the Dark Web Monitoring program. Partners can just as easily disable the feature by disabling the Hacked Credential template.
