Partners leveraging the Self Service feature can now incorporate automated follow-up emails to guide clients using the Business/Free segment of the platform towards becoming a paid client. This functionality ensures that new signups receive Welcome Email's along with instructions on how to fully utilise the Business Toolkit and over time push them towards a paid subscription for training.
This feature will be disabled as default, to activate this feature please reach out to support and request the activation of the Business in a Box - EDM Series.
